By accessing or using Repable ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Repable is a platform that connects talent (actors, performers, and other entertainment professionals) with agents, managers, and other industry representatives. We provide tools for profile creation, talent discovery, communication, and subscription-based services.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, or have parental/guardian consent.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Platform (headshots, videos, resumes, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and use that content in connection with the Platform's services.

You agree not to upload content that:

• Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights.
• Contains false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Is offensive, harmful, or violates applicable laws.
• Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Certain features require a paid subscription.
• Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) as selected at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for refund requests.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems.
• Use automated means to scrape or collect data from the Platform.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Repable and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repable shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
